Executive Director
Executive Director
Provides overall strategic and organisational leadership for TheBLV Foundation. Qualifications include an LLM in International Criminal Law and Transnational Justice, BCom(Law) and LLB.
Programme Director
Programme Director
Oversees the design and delivery of the Foundation’s integrated programme portfolio, including the RISE Institute, SAYTLP, and the governance training suite.
Research Director
Research Director
Leads the Foundation’s policy research and analysis function, managing research partnerships and ensuring all published work meets the highest standards of rigour and relevance.

RISE Coordinator
RISE Institute Programme Coordinator
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the RISE Institute 360° Youth Transformation Programme, including participant support, facilitator management, and monitoring and evaluation.
SAYTLP Coordinator
SAYTLP Trade Leaders Coordinator
Coordinates the South African Young Trade Leaders Programme — managing cohort recruitment, curriculum delivery logistics, bootcamp planning, and alumni engagement.
Lead Facilitator
Lead Dialogue Facilitator
Leads the Foundation’s peacebuilding and social cohesion dialogue processes, bringing expertise in restorative dialogue, trauma-informed facilitation, and community conflict mediation.
