Governance Structure

Independent Oversight

The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, financial oversight, and governance accountability for TheBLV Foundation. Board members serve voluntarily and are appointed for their expertise, integrity, and commitment to the Foundation’s mission. The Board meets quarterly.

Board Governance Commitments

The Board is committed to transparency, accountability, and ethical governance. Board members declare conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from related decisions. The Foundation’s governance charter, constitution, and annual financial statements are available on request.
